The Turbofan E27D2 is a compact, full-size tray digital electric convection oven built in New Zealand for consistent, high-performance results in commercial kitchens. Accommodating two full-size 460 x 660mm sheet pans or two 400 x 600mm trays with 115mm tray spacing, it delivers reliable baking, roasting, and reheating across a wide range of products including baguettes, par-baked and frozen doughs, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies, and cakes.
