The Turbofan E27D2/2 brings together two E27D2 full-size digital electric convection ovens double stacked on a stainless steel adjustable-feet base stand, delivering a total of four full-size tray positions in a single compact footprint. Running on a 15A plug-in cordset at 2.8kW per oven, the unit is engineered in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel and suits cafes, bakeries, catering operations and restaurants that need serious batch-cooking capacity without a large equipment footprint.
Each oven chamber features a bi-directional reversing fan for fast, even heat distribution, a steam injection system for superior crust development, and a digital control panel offering both manual and 20-program cooking modes with three-stage cooking sequences and stage-end alarms.
