The Turbofan E27D2/2C brings together two E27D2 full size tray digital electric convection ovens double stacked on a stainless steel base stand, delivering a combined four-tray capacity from a single compact footprint. Designed and manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, this plug-in 15A, 2.8kW unit is purpose-built for cafes, bakeries, restaurants and catering operations that demand consistent, high-volume output without occupying excessive floor space.
