The Turbofan E28D4/2C brings together two E28D4 full size digital electric convection ovens double stacked on a stainless steel base stand, delivering a combined eight-tray capacity in a single compact vertical footprint. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, this unit is engineered for medium to high volume commercial kitchens, bakeries, cafes and catering operations that demand consistent, repeatable cooking results across every service.
Each oven in the stack accommodates four full size 460 x 660mm sheet pans or four 400 x 600mm trays with 80mm spacing between levels, powered by 5.6kW dual heating elements and driven by twin bi-directional reversing fans for even heat distribution throughout the chamber.
