The Turbofan E28T4/2 brings together two full-size E28T4 electric convection ovens, double stacked on a stainless steel base stand, to deliver maximum output within a compact 945mm-wide footprint. Each oven accommodates four full-size 460mm x 660mm sheet pans or four 400mm x 600mm trays with 80mm tray spacing, giving a combined total of eight trays across the stack for high-volume batch cooking in bakeries, cafes and busy commercial kitchens.
Twin bi-directional reversing fans and dual heating elements drive consistent, fan-forced heat throughout each oven cavity. An intuitive touch screen interface with an icon-driven program menu makes operation straightforward, while a USB port allows quick updating of programs and icons. The Safe-Touch vented drop-down door, double-glazed construction and 304 stainless steel finish combine durability, hygiene and energy efficiency for demanding professional environments.
