The Turbofan E31D4/2C pairs two independent E31D4 fan-forced electric convection ovens, mounted one above the other on a mobile castor base stand, to deliver a combined capacity of eight GN 1/1 trays across both cavities. Built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, this double-stacked unit suits a smaller venue as its main oven or functions as a high-throughput workhorse in a larger commercial kitchen, covering baking, roasting, grilling and holding with consistently even results.
Each cavity holds four GN 1/1 pans at 80mm spacing and is managed through a large 20mm high digital display paired with an electronic timer that runs in both countdown and count-up modes, along with programmable memory for up to 20 cooking programs.
