Accommodating four 460 x 660 mm full size sheet pans or four 600 x 400 mm trays at 110 mm spacing, it delivers consistent, fan-forced results across baking, roasting, cooking, and regeneration applications. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the E32D4 is built to withstand the rigours of daily professional use.

At the heart of the E32D4 is a two-speed bi-directional reversing fan system that provides precise product control: high speed drives maximum heat penetration for robust dishes, while low speed enables gentle, careful treatment of delicate baked goods. A five-level moisture injection system with a manual injection option keeps products moist and evenly finished. Digital controls offer both a manual mode and a 20-program mode with three-stage cooking sequences and stage-end alarms, allowing operators to achieve repeatable results with minimal effort. The compact 735 mm wide footprint fits comfortably into tight kitchen layouts, and the oven is designed to stack with compatible Turbofan P Series prover and holding cabinets.
