The Turbofan E32T4/2C brings together two E32T4 full-size electric convection ovens double stacked on a mobile castor base stand, forming a high-capacity cooking solution engineered and built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel. Each oven accommodates 4 full-size trays (460 x 660mm or 600 x 400mm), delivering a combined capacity of 8 trays across the stack at a compact 735mm wide footprint, making it well suited to bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and catering operations where output and floor space are both at a premium.
Control is handled through a touch screen interface offering both manual and programmable modes, with an icon-driven menu, multi-stage cooking capability, individual shelf control with shelf timers, and five levels of moisture injection. A 2-speed bi-directional reversing fan system promotes even airflow throughout the cavity, while an Energy Save Set-Back mode helps manage running costs during quieter periods. The castor base stand adds mobility so the unit can be repositioned to suit changing kitchen layouts without difficulty.
