Control is handled through a touch screen interface offering both manual and programmable modes, with an icon-driven menu, multi-stage cooking capability, individual shelf control with shelf timers, and five levels of moisture injection. A 2-speed bi-directional reversing fan system promotes even airflow throughout the cavity, while an Energy Save Set-Back mode helps manage running costs during quieter periods.
