The Turbofan E33D5/2 delivers two full-size convection ovens double stacked into a compact 610mm wide footprint, providing a combined capacity of ten 1/1 GN trays across two independent five-tray chambers. Designed and built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, this unit is engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens, bakeries, cafes and catering operations that demand consistent output without sacrificing floor space.

Each oven features a vitreous enamel chamber, a two-speed bi-directional reversing fan system for even heat distribution, and a moisture injection system with five selectable levels plus manual injection. Sophisticated digital controls offer both a manual cooking mode and a 20-program mode with three-stage cooking sequences, stage-end alarms, and optional core probe cooking, giving operators precise control over a wide range of baking, roasting and cooking applications.
