Turbofan E35D6-30 Full Size Digital Electric Convection Oven

The Turbofan E35D6-30 is a full-size, digitally controlled electric convection oven engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens including bakeries, restaurants, cafes, hotels and catering operations. Built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, it accommodates 6 trays in either 406 x 736 mm (16" x 29") or 457 x 762 mm (18" x 30") formats with 105 mm tray spacing, and delivers 12.5 kW of heating power through a 2-speed bi-directional reversing fan system for consistently even results across every tray.

A large 20 mm digital display provides clear access to a comprehensive control set including electronic thermostat, countdown or count-up timer, manual mode and a 30-program library supporting 3-stage cooking sequences with stage-end alarms. Five-level steam injection, an optional core probe kit and a programmable or manually operated oven vent give operators precise control over moisture and airflow, while the vitreous enamelled oven chamber, Safe-Touch vented side-hinged door and dual halogen oven lamps make day-to-day use practical and safe.
