The Turbofan E35D6-30/2 brings together two full-size E35D6 electric convection ovens in a double-stacked configuration mounted on an adjustable feet base stand, delivering a combined capacity of 12 trays within a single compact footprint. Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, this unit is engineered for the demands of high-output commercial kitchens including bakeries, restaurants, hotels and catering operations.

Each oven features a digital control panel with manual and program modes, offering up to 30 programmes with three-stage cooking sequences, stage-end alarms, and optional core probe cooking.
