The Turbofan EC40M5 is a full-size electric combi oven with a 5-tray capacity, combining convection, direct steam and combination cooking within a compact 777mm wide footprint. Outputting 7kW of heating power, it is well suited to cafés, small restaurants, bakeries and catering kitchens that require genuine combi capability without giving up valuable floor or bench space. Electro-mechanical dial controls keep operation intuitive and dependable, letting staff set time, temperature and cooking mode without navigating complex menus.
Three clearly defined manual modes cover Convection (50°C to 260°C), Steam (50°C to 130°C) and Combi (50°C to 260°C), with a manual timer that runs to 120 minutes. The east-west tray loading layout provides easy, ergonomic access to all five GN 1/1 positions, and bright LED lighting illuminates the cooking chamber, making the unit equally at home in front-of-house or display environments.
