The Blue Seal EP518-CB is a heavy-duty 1200mm electric griddle from the Evolution Series, mounted on a closed cabinet base and purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. The unit features a 20mm thick mild steel griddle plate with solid, seamlessly welded construction for maximum heat retention and uniform distribution across the entire cooking surface, paired with 16.2kW of heating power operating on a three-phase 400–415V supply.

Designed and manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the EP518-CB integrates practical service features including a stainless steel grease drawer, a 165mm splashback, heavy-duty reinforced control knobs, adjustable feet and rear rollers for repositioning. The cabinet base accepts an optional GN 1/1 four-position racking kit, and the unit is fully modular to suit a match-suite kitchen configuration. Optional ribbed or chrome mirror plate variants are available to suit different cooking applications.
