Designed for flexibility, the ES32 supports both in-line and corner installation to suit a wide variety of dishroom layouts. A spring-assisted, counterweighted hood featuring a wrap-around ergonomic handle speeds up loading, while the fully automatic cycle begins the moment the hood is closed. The wash cycle is interlocked to rinse temperature to ensure food-safe results every cycle. Independently mounted upper and lower spray arms for both the wash and rinse systems, along with tool-free removal of spray arms and filters and all-stainless-steel construction, keep daily maintenance straightforward. The machine ships ready to use, complete with two TR14 plate racks, one TR1 cup rack and one CB cutlery container.
