The Fagor F-E7115 is a heavy-duty electric floor fryer from the Kore 700 range, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Its 15-litre well delivers a power-to-oil ratio of up to 1.00 kW per litre, meaning rapid heat-up times and strong recovery between loads to keep production moving during peak service. The entire unit is constructed from 1.5mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel with laser-cut joints, robotic welding and a polished finish, reflecting the build quality expected from professional kitchen equipment at this level.

A cold zone at the base of the well slows the degradation of food particles, preserving oil quality and extending its usable life to reduce running costs.
