The Turbofan G32D4/2 is a double-stacked full-size gas convection oven system built for high-volume commercial kitchens, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and catering operations. Combining two independent four-tray ovens on a single stand, it delivers a combined capacity of eight full-size trays within a compact footprint, making it one of the smallest double-stacked configurations available in the industry. Constructed in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the unit accepts both natural gas and LPG and connects to a standard 10A single-phase power supply.

Each oven cavity features a vitreous enamel chamber, a patented 35 MJ/hr infrared burner system and a bi-directional reversing fan motor that circulates heat evenly for consistent baking, roasting and reheating results. Advanced digital controls offer manual and programmed operation with up to 20 programs across three cooking stages, an electronic timer with countdown and count-up modes, five-level moisture injection, and optional core probe cooking. The safe-touch vented side-hinged door with a stay-cool handle, dual halogen cavity lamps and plug-in continuous door seal round out a design focused on operator safety, ease of cleaning and day-to-day reliability.
