The Turbofan G32D4/2C pairs two independent full-size digital gas convection ovens arranged one above the other on a wheeled castor base stand, achieving a combined eight-tray capacity within the most compact footprint available in its class. New Zealand-made from 304 stainless steel with vitreous enamel oven chambers, this unit is built to perform in demanding commercial settings such as bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels and high-volume catering kitchens. Each oven accommodates four 460 x 660 mm full-size sheet pans or four 600 x 400 mm trays at 110 mm spacing, with power delivered through a 35 MJ/hr patented infrared burner per oven, complete with electronic ignition and integrated safety controls.
Operator control is precise and intuitive: large 20 mm high digital displays present time and temperature at a glance, and the electronic control system supports both manual and program operation with 20 storable profiles, each capable of three-stage cooking sequences with stage-end alarms. A moisture injection system offering five selectable levels alongside a manual injection option produces excellent steam-assisted results, while an optional core probe kit enables temperature-targeted program cooking. The bi-directional reversing fan ensures even heat distribution throughout each cavity, and the safe-touch vented side-hinged door, stay-cool handle, plug-in continuous door seal and dual halogen lamps make everyday use and cleaning highly practical. Both natural gas and LPG configurations are available, connecting via a ½" BSPT male fitting and running from a standard single-phase 230–240 V, 10 A plug-in cordset.
