The modular cooktop design supports operators in specifying burner, griddle plate and chargrill layouts across 305mm, 610mm and 914mm sections, allowing the suite to be tailored precisely to their menu requirements.

Constructed with a heavy-duty fully welded stainless steel body, the PF36Q240E-X is engineered for rigidity and long-term durability in high-volume commercial kitchens.
