A single thermostatic temperature control zone with a range of 50 to 300°C keeps operation straightforward, while thoughtful design details such as top weld sealed plates, an overlapping front-to-rear plate finish, a stainless steel grease drawer and heavy-duty reinforced control knobs make daily cleaning and maintenance fast and efficient. The cabinet base is fully modular to suit a matched suite configuration, and the unit ships ready for connection at 230-240V, 30A single phase.
