Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout and manufactured in New Zealand, this unit offers three independent thermostatic heat zones across the left, centre and right of the plate, each adjustable between 50 and 300°C. The fully modular leg stand assembles without tools and integrates seamlessly into a matched Waldorf Bold suite, while practical features such as a stainless steel grease drawer, overlapping plate edges and sealed welds make daily cleaning fast and straightforward.
