Beneath the griddle sits a 2/1 GN electric static oven with a fully welded, vitreous enamelled liner, cast iron sole plate for even base heat, and 4-position racking to accommodate a range of tray sizes. Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout and finished in the signature Waldorf Bold style, the GPB8910E is engineered for durability, ease of cleaning, and reliable daily performance in demanding commercial environments.
