The Waldorf Bold GPLB8120E-CD is a heavy-duty 1200mm electric griddle built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Mounted on a fully modular cabinet base, it features a 20mm thick machined griddle plate powered by 16.2kW heating elements, with three separate thermostatic heat zones giving chefs precise, independent temperature control across the entire cooking surface from 50 to 300°C.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout, the unit is engineered for ease of cleaning, installation and servicing. Overlapping plate edges at the front and rear direct grease efficiently into a dedicated stainless steel grease drawer, while optional ribbed or mirror-finish hard chrome plates offer flexibility to suit different menu requirements. Default cabinet colour is black with additional colour options available, and the modular design allows seamless suite matching.
