Convective thermal airflow, humidity management, and built-in water inlet and outlet work together to keep food at safe serving temperatures without drying out.

Beneath the pan zone sits a 600L gross volume ambient storage cabinet, making the PG150FE-XB a practical all-in-one service solution for plates, utensils or backup supplies. Operators benefit from analogue temperature control, a continuous analogue temperature display, and a temperature-reach indication light for straightforward monitoring of holding conditions. Fitted castors allow quick repositioning across service areas, while the streamlined profile simplifies end-of-service cleaning.
