The Waldorf INL8400F-LS is a 900mm commercial induction cooktop from the renowned 800 Series, designed for demanding foodservice environments including restaurants, cafes, hotels, catering operations and food courts. Mounted on a stainless steel leg stand with adjustable feet, this unit features four full-area 5kW induction zones with 270mm square cooking areas, delivering rapid, precise and energy-efficient heat across a robust 6mm thick ceramic glass surface.
The low back splashback configuration, constructed from 1.2mm stainless steel, supports open kitchen layouts and flexible ventilation arrangements while keeping the unit visually unobtrusive. Each zone is independently controlled via a large, infinitely variable control knob, and automatic pan detection switches zones off when cookware is removed, improving both safety and energy efficiency.
