Waldorf INL8410ECF 800 Series 900mm Low Back Induction Range with Convection Oven
The Waldorf INL8410ECF is a heavy-duty commercial range that pairs four full-area electric induction cooking zones with an integrated GN 2/1 fan-forced convection oven in a 900mm-wide 800 Series low back configuration. Each induction zone delivers 5.0kW of responsive, energy-efficient heat across a 6mm thick ceramic glass surface, while automatic pan detection cuts power to any zone the moment cookware is removed, improving safety and reducing wasted energy.
The built-in convection oven is equipped with 6.1kW of heating capacity, two circulation fans providing even heat distribution throughout the cavity, and thermostatic control spanning 50 to 320°C, making it equally at home batch-baking, roasting or reheating. Five-position GN 2/1 racking, a fully welded vitreous enamelled oven liner, a drop-down door, and 63mm diameter stainless steel legs fitted with a pair of front adjustable feet and a pair of rear rollers complete a unit engineered for straightforward installation, daily cleaning and long-term serviceability in high-volume kitchens.
