The Waldorf Bold INLB8400R5F-CD is a 900mm electric induction cooktop mounted on a heavy-duty cabinet base, designed for the demands of busy commercial kitchens. It features four independent 5kW induction zones - two 270mm round zones on the left-hand side and two 260mm square full-area zones on the right-hand side - delivering a total of 20kW of precise, responsive cooking power across a 6mm thick ceramic glass surface.

Built with easy cleaning, installation and servicing in mind, this unit combines automatic pan detection, infinitely variable power control per zone, and a robust stainless steel construction to support consistent, efficient cooking operations. An alternate configuration with full-area induction on the left and round induction on the right is available to order, giving operators flexibility to suit their workflow.
