Buying advice

• At 46L, think about the full weight when you lift it, and plan where it is filled and drained.
• Check the 450mm base sits fully on your burner or induction zone so it heats evenly.
• Stocks reduce, so size the pot for more liquid than the finished yield you need.
• Lids that come with the pot help hold temperature on long simmers and save energy.
• The 416490 is hand wash only - build that into your close-down routine.
• Warranty: Kitchen Knock lists 24 months on the 416490; file the invoice with the model and serial number so a claim is straightforward.
