The Middleby Marshall PS638E is a single-deck electric impingement conveyor oven from the WOW series, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Featuring a 26-inch (660mm) wide conveyor belt and a 38-inch (965mm) long cooking chamber, it delivers fast, consistent results across a wide range of food products including pizza, chicken, seafood and sandwiches. Manufactured in the USA and constructed throughout in stainless steel, the PS638E runs on 22kW three-phase power and comes with a stand included.
At the heart of the PS638E is the Impingement PLUS technology, which combines a low-profile oven design with a dual air return system and advanced air delivery to bake up to 30% faster than conventional conveyor ovens. The patented Energy Management System (EMS) actively reduces energy consumption during operation, while independent top and bottom zone airflow control via the WOW controller gives operators precise management of time, temperature and air movement. A Cool Skin exterior keeps surface temperatures below 49°C, creating a safer, more comfortable working environment around the oven.
