The Scotsman NB 193 is a purpose-built commercial ice storage bin with a 129kg maximum capacity, designed to pair with Scotsman modular ice maker heads for a continuous, hygienic supply of ice in busy hospitality and foodservice environments. Featuring a slope-front design, stainless steel exterior and a rotocast plastic hinged door, it suits cafés, bars, hotels and restaurants where moderate to high ice volumes are required throughout service periods.

Constructed with high-density polyethylene insulation to minimise melt and preserve ice quality over long periods, the NB 193 is straightforward to keep clean thanks to removable gaskets and a smooth interior. The bin ships complete with an ice scoop, scoop holder, water hose and drain hose, making it ready to integrate into an existing or new Scotsman ice system. Note that the compatible top cover CBT 22 EFCD is required when pairing with MF 47, MFN 46 or MFN 56 modular ice maker heads.
