The Scotsman NW 507 AS OX is a high-capacity modular dice ice maker producing up to 199 kg of crystal-clear, solid ice cubes every 24 hours, making it well suited to restaurants, hotels, bars and other busy hospitality venues with heavy ice demands. Each cube measures 22 mm x 22 mm diameter x 22 mm and weighs approximately 10 g, delivering the classic dice shape that performs equally well in beverages, bulk cooling and ice bagging thanks to its generous surface area for rapid heat exchange.

Two of Scotsman's flagship technologies are built into this machine: EcoX, which uses the natural hydrocarbon refrigerant R290 to minimise environmental impact and reduce running costs, and XSafe, a natural sanitation system that employs high-power UV light and photocatalytic oxidation to continuously neutralise bacteria, mould, yeast and viruses without chemicals, producing consistently clean and odour-free ice around the clock.
