Designed with operator convenience in mind, the PCB8140G includes an integrated water fill and starch skimming faucet, a fine adjustment faucet for precise pan filling, a safety cut-out thermostat to protect against empty-pan or boil-out conditions, and an incorporated basket drain stand. The unit comes supplied with four stainless steel pasta baskets and is finished in black as standard, with additional colour options available to suit kitchen fit-out requirements.
