Rational iCombi Classic 20-1/1 GN Electric Combi Oven - 3NAC 415V 40.2kW (ICC201)
The Rational iCombi Classic 201E is a full-size, 20 x 1/1 GN electric combi oven engineered to replace multiple conventional appliances including pots, grills, steamers and ovens within a footprint of less than approximately 1m². Capable of producing 150 to 300 meals per day, it operates across convection, steam and combination cooking modes with a temperature range of 30°C to 300°C for convection and combination modes, and 30°C to 130°C for steam, making it equally suited to baking, roasting, steaming, grilling and braising in a single unit.
Designed for high-output commercial kitchens, the iCombi Classic combines ClimaPlus humidity sensing technology with up to 100 fully customisable recipe programs of up to 12 steps each, ensuring consistent and reproducible results regardless of who is operating the oven. The unit is supplied ready for professional commissioning and includes access to Rational's ConnectedCooking networked platform, ChefLine chef support, Academy Rational training, and ongoing Rational Service Partner support, backed by a 2-year warranty.
