The Rational iCombi Classic ICC202 is a full-size, high-capacity electric combi oven accommodating 20 x 2/1 GN trays (or 40 x 1/1 GN), capable of producing 300 to 500 meals per day from a footprint of under approximately 1 square metre. Replacing conventional steamers, convection ovens, grills and pots in a single unit, it operates across steam (30°C to 130°C), convection and combination modes (30°C to 300°C), making it an ideal workhorse for high-output restaurants, hotels and catering operations.

Built in Germany to commercial-grade standards, the iCombi Classic combines robust stainless steel construction with intuitive manual dial controls, programmable recipe storage and an automatic cleaning system. ClimaPlus humidity sensors continuously monitor and adjust moisture levels in the cooking cabinet, delivering consistent, reproducible results across every cook cycle with minimal operator intervention.
