The Rational iCombi Classic ICC61G-NG is a full-size natural gas combi oven holding six 1/1 GN trays, designed for restaurants and commercial kitchens producing between 30 and 100 meals per day. In a footprint of less than approximately one square metre, it replaces conventional ovens, steamers, grills and pots, freeing up valuable kitchen space while delivering consistent, repeatable results across every cooking mode.
Switching seamlessly between convection, steam and combination cooking, the iCombi Classic operates across a wide temperature range and incorporates ClimaPlus humidity sensing technology for precise climate control throughout every cook. An automatic cleaning system, up to 100 customisable programs and straightforward manual operation make it equally accessible for experienced chefs and general kitchen staff alike.
