The Waldorf RN8513GE is part of the renowned 800 Series, combining a 750mm gas cooktop range with a 1/1 GN electric static oven to deliver serious cooking power in a compact commercial footprint. The cooktop features two patented 28MJ/hr open burners alongside a 300mm griddle section powered by a 20MJ/hr burner, giving kitchen teams the flexibility to sear, simmer and griddle simultaneously while the electric static oven handles baking and roasting below.

Built to withstand the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens, the RN8513GE is finished in heavy-duty stainless steel throughout, with vitreous enamel pot stands, a welded and vitreous enamel-lined oven cavity, and heavy-duty reinforced control knobs. Flame failure protection is fitted to all burners as standard, and the unit ships with adjustable feet and two additional rollers to simplify installation, repositioning and routine service.
