Constructed with a welded 1.5mm 304 stainless steel bull nose hob, 1.2mm stainless steel splashback and side panels, and a fully modular leg stand with 63mm diameter heavy-duty legs, the unit is built to withstand the rigours of daily professional use. The griddle is positioned on the right-hand side as standard, and the design supports connection to matched Waldorf 800 Series suites for a cohesive kitchen layout.
