The cooktop section features six 28MJ/hr open burners alongside a 300mm griddle plate powered by a dedicated 20MJ/hr burner, giving operators exceptional cooking versatility across boiling, frying, sauteing, simmering and grilling applications in a single unit.

Beneath the cooktop sits a 2/1 GN electric convection oven with fan-forced heat circulation for consistent, even cooking results across baking, roasting and high-volume batch cooking.
