Simcohood DH1800 Ductless Exhaust Hood System

The Simcohood DH1800 is a freestanding ductless exhaust hood system designed for commercial kitchens where ducting to the outside is not practical or possible. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it delivers a quiet yet powerful airflow of 400 to 500 litres per second through a 334-watt motor, effectively capturing heat, steam, smoke and grease from a cookline accommodating three to four electrical appliances.

Rather than venting externally, the DH1800 uses a multi-stage filtration system comprising three removable honeycomb grease filters, a replaceable polyester pre-filter and a carbon filter to clean and recirculate air back into the kitchen. Integrated LED lighting illuminates the cooking surface, while heavy-duty legs and included castors provide a stable, mobile installation without the need for any building works.
