The Skope GALA MDP150 A is a commercial modular ice cube maker producing 150 kg of premium GALA ice cubes every 24 hours. The GALA ice cube's distinctive truncated cone shape melts slowly and fits all glass types, delivering drinks that stay cold without becoming diluted or flavour-compromised. An optional 230 kg Silo S220 storage bin and stacking kit are available, allowing operators to scale capacity within the same floor footprint, while ITV-patented spray nozzles and a dynamic water-circulation system consistently produce crystal-clear ice.
