The Skope ProSpec PG11.UBR.1.SD.RH is a single-bay, solid door underbench refrigerator engineered for the demands of busy commercial kitchens in restaurants, clubs, pubs and cafés. Built entirely from food-safe 304 AISI stainless steel inside and out, its 700 mm deep, fully welded cabinet with integrated worktop holds 126 litres and is GN 1/1 compatible, operating comfortably in ambient environments up to 40°C. The GEMS 5M1-certified unit consumes just 1.21 kWh per 24 hours, making it one of the most energy-efficient options in its class.

Flexibility is at the heart of the ProSpec range. The cabinet can be installed on its supplied castors to slide under an existing bench, positioned on a pre-installed plinth, or fitted with optional legs to achieve a 900 mm finished working height. The solid swing door is fully swappable for two or three GN drawers, and the door hinge is available in either left or right-hand configuration. An integrated SKOPE-connect smart controller pairs with a free smartphone app, allowing operators to remotely set temperatures, configure alerts, and monitor energy use, while the fully removable R290 refrigeration cartridge simplifies servicing and supports best-practice handling of natural refrigerants.
