The ST1305 features a unique fat vapourisation system that incinerates dripping fat rather than collecting it, eliminating grease trays, enhancing the natural flavour of food and simplifying cleaning. Independent cooking zones allow chefs to run multiple dishes simultaneously at different power levels, all controlled via a SMART digital controller with 10 power settings. The unit is HACCP compliant and supplied ready to cook with a garnish rail and slow cook shelf included.
