The Tecnodom TD-FECL is a purpose-built steamless canopy designed specifically for the Tecnodom TDC oven range, compatible with models TDC-5VH and TDC-10VH. Constructed from stainless steel, it efficiently captures steam, vapours, condensation, smoke and grease at the source, keeping commercial kitchen environments cooler, cleaner and safer for staff and food alike.

Integrated directly with the oven's operation, the TD-FECL features adjustable extraction speed that automatically ramps to maximum when the oven door is opened, with a visual alarm displayed on the oven panel. A built-in steam condenser, removable filters, removable drainer and an easy-to-clean ventilator make routine maintenance straightforward, while a 3/4-inch male water inlet and 120 mm fumes outlet support straightforward installation into existing kitchen ventilation setups.
