The Thermaster SSS7 is a 1800mm wide benchtop sushi showcase built to keep chilled food beautifully presented and food-safe across busy commercial environments. Maintaining a temperature range of 0 to 5°C, the unit combines a top evaporator and a chilled base in a dual-action cooling system, supported by a cross-fin coil for rapid temperature recovery. Rated to operate in ambient conditions of up to 32°C at 80% relative humidity, the SSS7 suits demanding hospitality settings including sushi bars, restaurants, and food service counters. The curved glass Colorbond body enhances product visibility, while a digital temperature control and readout provides precise, at-a-glance monitoring throughout service.
Seven 1/3 GN pans are included, enabling operators to organise and display a diverse selection of sushi rolls, sashimi, and fresh toppings across a generous 36 litre net capacity within a 76 litre gross volume. Fixed on legs and measuring just 391mm in depth, the SSS7 delivers a large display footprint without demanding excessive counter space. As a holding unit, all product must be pre-chilled to below 5°C before being placed in the showcase. The unit is backed by a comprehensive warranty covering two years of parts and labour, followed by a further two years of parts coverage, provided the product is registered within 14 days of the invoice date.
