Designed for individual use or installed w Turbofan E33 Convection Ovens. Compact 610mm width with a 10 x 1/1 GN pan capacity and 74mm tray spacing. Features a low-velocity circulation fan and autofill water tank with an optional integrated water filter kit. 1600W cabinet heating and 600W heat humidification. Touch-screen control with electronic humidity tank temperature control.

Condition of Equipment:
Ex demo unit in great condition, only used in recent tradeshow. There are some minor scratches on the top of the panel and slight buff marks on the left-hand side panel. It has been checked, cleaned and tested.
