Electric direct steam model with 12kW heating power. 2 speed fan with automatic inversion of fan direction for perfectly uniform cooking. three manual cooking modes - Convection (50C-260C), Steam (50C-130C), Combi (50C-260C).

Condition of Equipment:
Unit in good condition and presents well. Returned with heavy damage to the rear legs; the right leg had been removed and relocated. As the frame is non-replaceable, the rear legs were modified and repositioned on the frame (see photos). Unit has numerous marks and scratches on the door, rear, and left-hand top panels. No protective plastics remaining. It had been cleaned, checked and tested.
