Single phase ventless oven hood for E31D4 - removes need for installation Canopy or ducted oven hood. Oven interlocked operation with low speed automatic 2 speed extraction fan. 3 stage filters: Grease baffle filter (removable), Mesh particle filter (removable), Charcoal odor filter (replaceable). Condensing heat exchanger - reduces heat emissions.

Condition of Equipment:
Unit returned from a recent trade show in excellent condition but without any protective plastic. It had been cleaned, checked and tested.
