The Unox XV1093 Cheflux is a 20-tray GN 1/1 dry air-steam combi oven designed for demanding commercial kitchens, bakeries and cafes. Built in Italy with an AISI 304 stainless steel cooking chamber, it combines analogue control with sophisticated humidity and airflow management to deliver consistent, high-quality results across every tray simultaneously.
The XV1093 supports a wide range of cooking processes including steaming, browning, grilling, frying and the cooking of both fresh and frozen bakery products, all within a temperature range of 80°C to 260°C. Its combination of DRY.Plus, STEAM.Plus and AIR.Plus technologies gives operators precise control over humidity and airflow, making it equally capable for pastry production, roasting and general food service.
