The Unox XECC-0523-E1RM Cheftop Mind.Maps ONE is a compact 5-tray electric combi oven designed for professional kitchens that demand versatility, consistency and ease of use. Accommodating five GN 2/3 trays at a 67 mm pitch, it handles an extensive range of cooking processes including dehydrating, steaming, low-temperature and sous vide cooking, roasting, grilling, pan frying, baking from fresh or frozen, and full plate regeneration, all within a footprint suited to tighter kitchen environments.

Powered by Unox's Intensive Cooking and Intelligence Performance technologies, the oven automatically manages cooking processes through the CHEFUNOX system, delivering repeatable, professional results regardless of load size or operator skill level. Integrated Wi-Fi connectivity, HACCP data logging, and compatibility with the Data Driven Cooking platform, Top Training app and Combi Guru app give operators real-time oversight of their ovens and the tools to continuously refine recipes and improve kitchen profitability.
